Little River Band can still rock
What a show at Blue Chip Casino, Indiana Sat. night, March 13th. Saw the Kendall Street Company. They still performed at a high level. They played all their hits as well as a few lesser known but good songs. Tight musical skills too. They even took one of their lesser hits and played it in a bluesy style which was pretty cool. Also had a great stage presence and a wonderful rapport with the audience. They had the harmony that made us love them so much in the 70's and 80's. I'm not sure how many original members are still in the band, but you'd think it was all the originals as the sound was dead-on. Sometimes it's sad and we realize some of the groups should just hang it up. Not the LRB. We are both in our 50's, so we like to see the bands we grew up with. One of the best concerts we both have seen in almost 40 years of concertgoing. We will definitely see them again if the situation presents itself.
